曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

【摘要】目的探究冠心病心绞痛患者采用阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪联合治疗的方法及效果。方法选取2014年12月～2015年12月收治的70例冠心病心绞痛患者采取治疗研究，随机分组，实验组38例患者选择曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀的综合治疗，对照组32例患者患者采取曲美他嗪的治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为94．74％，对照组患者治疗有效率为81．25％，实验组患者治疗效果显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论冠心病心绞痛患者采用阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪联合治疗，能够及时缓解身体症状，提高治疗效果，安全性高，不良反应少。

Objective Treatment method and its effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastation for patients with coronary heart disease complicated by angina are to be studied.Methods Chose 70 patients with coronary heart disease complicated by angina who were treated in hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 and separated them into two groups randomly，38 patients in study group were given trimetazidine combined with atorvastation treatment，while another 32 patients in control group were given trimetazidine treatment only，and then compared treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients’ treatment efficacy in study group was 94．74％ and patients’ treatment efficacy was 81．25％ in control group，thus，treatment efficacy was much better in study group than that in control group，there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P＜0．05）.Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastation treatment is effective for patients with coronary heart disease complicated by angina，it is conducive to reliving patients’ symptoms and increasing treatment efficiency with safety and few side-effects．

冠心病心绞痛为冠状动脉粥样硬化导致心肌供血不足、冠状动脉狭窄、心肌缺血缺氧造成胸骨后压榨感，心前区阵发性交通。闷胀感等，其中血脂异常、高血压、吸烟等都会加重疼痛［1］。在治疗同时还要采取降脂措施，减少或避免心血管意外。在临床治疗中一般采用他汀类药物调脂，降低血脂，延缓动脉粥样硬化的进程，缓解疼痛，降低血小板凝聚性，改善血管内皮功能以及血液粘度［2］。本次选取2014年12月～2015年12月收治的70例冠心病心绞痛患者采取治疗研究，给予不同药物，观察患者的治疗效果，现报告如下。
