优质护理在食管癌患者开胸手术后拔管期中的应用效果

【摘要】目的 探讨优质护理在食管癌患者开胸手术后拔管期中的应用效果。方法 抽取2011年1月～2015年12月我院接收的102例行开胸手术治疗的食管癌患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，各51例。对照组采用常规护理干预，研究组实施优质护理，对比两组护理满意度及不良反应发生率。结果 研究组总满意度98.04%（50/51）、不良反应总发生率1.96%（1/51），对照组分别为78.43%（40/51）、19.61%（10/51），两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对行开胸手术治疗的食管癌患者拔管期实施优质护理，可有效降低不良反应发生率，提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing care in patients with carcinoma of esophagu after thoracic operation. Methods 102 patients with carcinoma of esophagus treated by thoracic operation in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected，randomly divided into research group and control group，each of 51 cases. Control group using conventional nursing intervention，the research group implementation of high-quality nursing，nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Total satisfaction rate of study group was 98.04%（50/51），and the incidence of adverse reaction was 1.96%（1/51），the control group were 78.43%（40/51）and 19.61%（10/51），the difference between the two groups was significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing care of patients with carcinoma of esophagus in the treatment of thoracic operation can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，improve nursing satisfaction.

开胸手术是治疗食管癌的主要方法，虽可取得一定效果，但操作时需对患者行全麻处理，麻醉效果消失、生命体征平稳时方可拔管［1］。但拔管后部分患者易发生咳嗽、低氧血症等并发症，需再次插管，对患者身心造成了极大影响［2］。有研究指出［3］，术后实施有效护理干预措施，可提高患者舒适度，减少并发症发生。为探讨优质护理在食管癌患者开胸手术后拔管期中的应用效果，本研究对我院102例患者进行研究，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

抽取2011年1月～2015年12月我院接收的102例行开胸手术治疗的食管癌患者，随机分组，各51例。研究组男28例，女23例，年龄43～69岁，平均（56.15±6.24）岁。对照组51例，男27例，女24例；年龄44～67岁，平均年龄（56.20±6.30）岁。两组年龄、性别等临床资料比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），且本研究经我院伦理委员会审核同意。……
