综合护理对肝切除手术患者的影响分析

【摘要】目的 分析综合护理对肝切除手术患者的临床效果。方法 选取我院于2014年10月～2015年3月收治的23例肝切除患者，将其分为两组，即给予常规护理的对照组（11例）和给予综合护理的观察组（12例）。通过观察对比护理效果。结果 观察组患者的平均手术时间和平均住院时间均短于对照组，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理能够加快患者的身体康复速度，且护理满意度较高。

Objective Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on patients operated with hepatectomy is to be studied. Methods Chose 23 patients who were operated with hepatectomy in hospital from October 2014 to March 2015 and separated them into two groups at random. 11 patients in control group were given conventional nursing，while another 12 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing，and then compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients' average surgery time and average hospitalization days in study group were less than those in control group，there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is quite effective on patients operated with hepatectomy，it is conducive to promoting patients'recovery and increasing their satisfaction rate.

肝脏肿瘤是一种常见的恶性肿瘤，患者只能通过高风险的切除手术进行治疗。近年来，我国肝脏肿瘤的发病率逐渐升高，腹腔镜肝切除手术和传统的切除手术相比，手术创伤小、出血少，患者承受的病痛较小，因此应用范围愈加广泛［1］。但是，仍然有少部分患者接受腹腔镜肝切除手术之后出现不良反应或者其它并发症，常规护理方式已经不能满足患者的护理需要。本文对我院近期接受肝切除手术的患者进行了观察和分析，对比了两种护理效果，具体过程如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

将院收治的23例行肝切除手术的患者分为两组，对照组患者11例，其中男性6例，女性5例，年龄36～62岁，平均年龄（48±6.45）岁，平均病程（7.2±3.1）月；观察组患者12例，其中男性6例，女性6例，年龄39～67岁，平均年龄（45±3.91）岁，平均病程（8.5±3.3）月；两组患者在年龄、体重、职业、受教育水平方面差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），可以进行分析和对比。……
