【摘要】目的本研究旨在通过对本院胸腔手术后留置胸腔闭式引流管的患者的术后护理情况进行分析，为相关手术的术后康复治疗提供参考资料。方法特别选取我院近3年收治的382例胸腔手术进行闭式引流管治疗的患者，对其术后护理过程中的康复情况、并发症情况进行统计学分析。结果发现只要在术后护理过程中做好对引流液、患者情况的记录分析，在护理过程中及时处理引流装置出现的问题，并保持清洁操作防止感染，可以有效降低术后并发症发生率。结论采用更科学合理的护理手段，可以改善胸腔手术后患者的恢复情况。

Objective This study aims to analyze the postoperative care of patients with thoracic closed drainage tube after thoracic surgery in our hospital，and to provide reference data for postoperative rehabilitation treatment. Methods 382 cases of thoracic surgery were treated in our hospital in recent 3 years，the patients were treated with closed drainage tube. The rehabilitation and complications were analyzed statistically. Results It was found that as long as in the course of postoperative nursing do a good job of drainage fluid，were recorded and analyzed，in the nursing process timely processing device of drainage and keep clean operation to prevent infection，can effectively reduce the probability of postoperative complications. Conclusion More scientific and reasonable nursing methods can be used to improve the recovery of patients after thoracic surgery.

胸腔手术是治疗多种肺部、食道疾病的常用手术方式，但由于其会对胸部的完整性造成一定程度的破环，为了防止术后胸腔积气积液、感染等情况的发生，通常采用安置胸腔闭式引流管的方式来进行术后康复护理。因此，做好引流管的护理工作，是胸外科手术患者术后康复的重要任务，是降低术后并发症的关键环节。要做好这项工作，就要基于大量的胸腔引流管护理工作经验，对胸腔的生理状况、感染并发症的病理和引流管的工作原理有必要的了解。本文对本院3年内的病例进行了统计分析和经验总结，具有一定的参考意义。
