普外科腹部开放性外伤临床治疗分析

【摘要】目的 对外科腹部开放性外伤的临床试验的测试，争取得到更好的治疗方法和以及更好的治疗效果。方法 实验使用的方法是对照法，选取获得外科腹部开放性外伤的患者90例，将他们合理的分成两组，每组有45例，这两组分别是实验组和对照组，给予对照组常规的治疗方法，而给实验组在常规治疗的基础上，还要进行腹腔穿刺术，然后在经过一定的时间后，比较这两组患者伤口的愈合程度。结果 实验结束后，治疗组获得数据为治愈33人，有效果的11人，无效果1人，对照组的数据为治愈17人，效果显著的有24人，无效果的有4人。结论 腹腔穿刺术对外科腹部开放性外伤有很好的疗效。

Objective To open abdominal surgical trauma tested in clinical trials and strive to get better and better methods of treatment and therapeutic effect.Methods The method used for the experiment was a control method，choose obtain surgical patients with open abdominal trauma 90 cases，their sound into two groups of 45 cases，respectively，these two groups is the experimental group and the control group received the control group conventional treatment methods，and to the experimental group on the basis of conventional therapy，but also for paracentesis and then been to a certain time，we compare these two groups of patients the extent of healing of the wound. Results After the end of the experiment，the treatment group obtained data for the cure 33 people，11 people obvious effect，there is no effect of one person，control group was cured 17 people，significant effect of 24 people，there is no effect of four people. Conclusion Paracentesis open abdominal surgical trauma have a good effect.

众所周知，外科腹部开放性外伤是非常严重的一种伤害，它对人体有致命的威胁，当遇到这种情况后，它的救援方法和其它的救援方法大致是相同的。首先，要对患者进行检查，确认患者的病情以及观察患者呼吸道的情况，看是否有阻碍物，如果有就要进行及时的清理，保证呼吸顺畅。还有最重要的一点就是，不要对患者进行轻易的移动，因为不能确定患者的胸腔内是否出现骨折的现象，如果贸然移动，可能会使得碎骨插入心脏，造成不可挽回的错误［1-4］。但是，很多的治疗方法对外科腹部开放性外伤都没有效果，根据多次的临产实验，最终确定腹腔穿刺术对它具有很好地疗效。……
