舒适护理在肝炎病房整体护理中的应用效果评价

【摘要】目的探讨分析舒适护理在肝炎病房整体护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年3月～2014年10月我院收治的104例肝炎患者作为研究对象，按照患者的入院顺序分为对照组52例和干预组52例，给予对照组患者常规整体护理，给予干预组在整体护理的基础上应用舒适护理，对比两组患者的舒适度以及护理满意度。结果干预组患者的护理舒适度为96.15%，高于对照组84.62%，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预组患者的护理满意度为98.08%，对照组患者的护理满意度为86.54%，两组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在肝炎病房中应用舒适护理具有较好的效果，患者的护理舒适度以及满意度都有一定提升。

Application Effect Evaluation of Comfortable Nursing in Hepatitis Ward Overall Nursing

[Abstract]Objective To study the analysis of the application of comfortable nursing in the hepatitis ward whole effect. Methods Select in March 2012 to October 2014 of our hospital, 104 cases of hepatitis patients as the research object, is divided into control group in patients admitted to hospital order 52 cases and the intervention group 52 cases, control group patients' routine holistic nursing, to the whole nursing intervention group on the basis of application of comfort nursing care, compared two groups of patients with comfort and nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing intervention group patients comfort was 96.15%, significantly higher than the control group 84.62%, the difference between groups with statistical significance (P<0.05). Nursing intervention group patients' satisfaction was 98.08%, control group patients satisfaction with nursing care was 86.54%, compared two groups, obvious differences, statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion In the patient comfortable nursing, has a good effect, the patient's nursing comfort and satisfaction has certain promotion.

近年来，医疗技术在不断的发展进步中，人们对健康生活的要求也越来越高，为了满足医疗市场的需求，开始实施以整体护理为框架，对患者进行舒适护理，充分体现了以人为本的护理理念，舒适护理具有整体性以及人性化的特点，舒适度较高，患者的满意度也有所提升，同时促使了手术成功率的提升[1-4]。本文选取我院收治的104例肝炎患者作为研究对象，现作如下报道。
