导尿管留置患者不同护理干预的效果比较

【摘要】目的 对普外科留置导尿管患者采取不同护理干预进行效果分析。方法 选取普外科2013年7月至12月留置导尿管患者500例作为对照组，2014年1月～6月500例患者作为观察组，针对两组患者采取不同的护理干预，比较两组患者的舒适度、尿路感染发生率、膀胱刺激症、拔除尿管后自解小便成功率。结果 通过对上述两组患者在留置导尿管期间不同护理干预，观察组患者舒适度、尿路感染的发生率、膀胱刺激症发生率以及拔除尿管后自解小便的成功率分别为（83.0±9.75）分，0.4%，18%，99.4%，对照组患者舒适度、尿路感染的发生率、膀胱刺激症发生率以及拔除尿管后自解小便的成功率分别为（75.4±8.62）分，0.6%，42%，98.6%，比较发现观察组护理干预效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对留置尿管的患者及时根据相关指南和临床实际工作的需要进行不断修正、改进护理方法和措施，有利于促进患者康复，从而提高患者的舒适度、满意度。

The Comparison in Different Intervention of Nursing on Catheter

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect on patients with catheter in department of general surgery by different intervention. Methods We chose randomly 500 patients with catheter in department of general surgery in July to December in 2013 as control group, and chose 500 patients in January to June in 2014 as observation group. The patients in control were nursed as regular nursing intervention, and the patients in observation group were nursed as different nursing. The degree of comfort, the rate of urinary tract infection and irritative symptoms of bladder, and the successful rate of relieving urination were compared in two groups. Results The above index in observation group are (83.0±9.75), 0.4%, 18%, 99.4%, and those in control group are (75.4±8.62), 0.6%, 42%, 98.6%. The results in observation group are better than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing of catheter increses complication and satisfaction, and promotes patients healthy.

导尿及留置尿管是临床上最基本的诊疗技术[1]，广泛应用全麻、昏迷、肾功能不全、尿潴留以及腹部手术患者，其方法是将导尿管经尿道插入膀胱引流尿液。在临床工作中，尿管是内外科护士都常见的管路，因此寻求尿管护理的更有效的措施，是广大护理工作者共同的目标。我科在2014年1月～11月有目的的对留置尿管的患者进行不同的护理干预，以期提高尿管精细化护理，取得较好效果。……
