上海市某社区健康教育讲座主题设置情况分析*

摘 要目的：分析上海市某社区卫生服务中心社区健康教育讲座主题设置情况，为社区健康教育主题的制定提供建议。方法：对上海市某社区卫生服务中心2010-2013年健康教育讲座资料进行分析，内容包括主题类别现况、主题设置依据两个方面。结果：社区健康教育讲座主题类别分布不均，慢性病防治类与传染病防治类分别占29.9%和28.7%；设置依据以上级要求为主，占73.3%。结论：社区健康教育主题分布均衡性还需进一步提高，主题设置的依据“行政化”痕迹明显。

Analysis on theme setting for the health education lectures in a community in Shanghai

ABSTRACTObjective: To analyze the theme setting for the health education lectures in a community health service center in Shanghai to provide a suggestion for the theme formulation for the community health education lectures. Methods: The data of the community health education lectures from 2010 to 2013 in a community health service center in Shanghai were analyzed, whose contents included two aspects of the theme category status and theme setting basis. Results: The theme categories of the community health education lectures were unevenly distributed, the prevention and treatment of the chronic disease and infectious disease accounted for 29.9% and 28.7%, respectively. The setting basis mainly obeyed the requirements from the above levels requirement, accounting for 73.3%. Conclusion: The theme distribution uniformity of the community health education lectures still requires further improvement, and the theme setting basis shows the administrative traces obviously.

健康教育一直是社区卫生服务功能中的重要组成部分，而社区健康教育讲座是健康教育工作的重要内容。《国家基本公共卫生服务规范（2011版）》里已明确要求，应定期举办健康知识讲座，引导居民学习、掌握健康知识及必要的健康技能，促进辖区内居民的身心健康。每个乡镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中心每月至少举办1次健康知识讲座，村卫生室和社区卫生服务站每两个月至少举办1次健康知识讲座[1]。本文通过分析上海市某中心城区社区卫生服务中心社区健康教育讲座主题设置情况，了解社区健康教育讲座主题类别现况、主题设置依据两个方面的内容，为社区健康教育主题的制定提供建议。……
