摘要目的：分析周家渡社区卫生服务中心健康体检老年人心电图异常情况。方法：对2013年周家渡社区卫生服务中心体检的12 616名60岁及以上老年人心电图检查结果进行汇总分析。结果：共检出心电图异常2 979人，检出率为23.6%，其中ST-T改变672人（22.6%）、窦性心动过速457人（15.3%）和右束支传导阻滞389人（13.1%）。心电图异常检出率与患者年龄、性别以及是否合并高血压等有关。结论：社区老年人体检心电图异常检出率高，应重视老年人健康体检中心电图检查项目。

Analysis of electrocardiogram in the elderly physical examination in Zhoujiadu Community of Pudong New District

ABSTRACTObjective: To analyze the electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormalities in the elderly people who had the physical examination in Zhoujiadu Community Health Service Center. Methods: The ECG result of the physical examination in 12 616 elderly people aged 60 years old and above in Zhoujiadu Community Health Service Center in 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results: The ECG abnormalities in 2 979 cases were detected and its detective rate was 23.6%. Among them, ST-T change was in 672 cases (22.6%), nodal tachycardia in 457 cases (15.3%), and right bundle branch block in 389 cases (13.1%). The detective rate of the ECG abnormalities was related to the patients’ age, gender and whether it was complicated with hypertension and so on. Conclusion: The detective rate of the ECG abnormalities is high in the elderly people in the community. Attention should be paid to ECG examination item in the elderly physical examination.

近年来，随着生活方式的转变和社会老龄化，心血管疾病的发病率呈上升趋势，严重危害老年人的健康。心电图作为一种简便、经济和安全的检查技术，对心血管疾病的早期诊断和高危患者的筛选具有独特的价值[1]。周家渡社区卫生服务中心（中心）每年把心电图检查纳入65岁以上老年人的免费体检项目中。本文对中2013年接受健康体检的12 616名老年人的心电图资料进行相关统计分析，旨在为本地区乃至各地城乡结合部的60岁以上居民慢性心血管疾病的防治提供科学依据。
