嘉定区马陆镇中小学生营养状况、龋齿、视力检查结果分析

摘 要目的：了解马陆镇中小学生健康状况，为健康干预提供基础资料。方法：2014年对马陆镇两所九年一贯制学校学生进行健康体检，重点分析营养状况、龋齿、视力情况。结果：中小学生营养不良、超重、肥胖、龋齿、视力下降检出率分别为2.2%、10.9%、8.5%、46.0%、37.1%。结论：要进一步重视中小学生的健康问题，有针对性地进行干预。

Analysis of the results of the examination of the nutritional status, decayed tooth and vision of the students in the primary and secondary schools in Malu Town of Jiading District

ABSTRACTObjective: To learn the health condition of the students in the primary and secondary schools in Malu Town to provide some basic data for the health intervention. Methods: The students in the two nine-year schools in Malu Town were given the health examination in 2014, and the focus of the analysis was laid on the nutritional status, decayed tooth and vision. Results: The detective rates of the malnutrition, overweight, obesity, decayed tooth and decreased vision of the students in the primary and secondary schools were 2.2%, 10.9%, 8.5%, 46.0% and 37.1%, respectively. Conclusion: Attention should be further paid to the health problem of the students in the primary and secondary schools and the targeted intervention must be conducted.

为了解马陆镇中小学生健康状况，嘉定区马陆镇卫生服务中心于2014年4月对辖区两所中小学进行了全覆盖的健康体检，主要结果分析如下。

1 对象和方法

1.1 研究对象

对上海市嘉定区马陆镇两所九年一贯制学校一～八年级的3 202名学生（不含九年级学生），按《嘉定区中小学生健康体检实施方案》进行检查，包括内科常规检查（心、肺、肝、脾）、外科常规检查（脊柱、四肢、关节、皮肤等）、眼科常规检查（视力、沙眼等）、耳鼻咽喉科常规检查、口腔科常规检查（牙齿、牙周等）、形体指标检查（身高、体重、生长发育和营养状况评价等）。3 202名学生中男生1 816人，女生1 386人。

1.2 方法

由进行过培训的医务人员按统一标准进行检查，并进行现场质控。将体检表进行编码，严格输入。质控人员对资料进行抽样评价，数据分析人员进行逻辑校对，确保数据质量。……
