基于中医传承辅助平台分析丁元庆教授治疗焦虑性失眠的用药规律

【摘要】目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件，分析丁元庆教授治疗焦虑性失眠的用药经验。方法采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法，分析丁元庆教授治疗焦虑性失眠的处方，确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则，探析丁元庆教授治疗焦虑性失眠的用药规律。结果对筛选出的329首处方进行分析，确定处方中药物的使用频次，药物之间的关联规则，挖掘出90个核心组合和14组药队。结论丁元庆教授治疗焦虑性失眠独居匠心，经验颇丰，善用清热开郁、养阴安神之品。

Analysis of Apriori and Clustering Algorithm on Traditional Chinese Medicine Master Ding Yuanqing's Medication Rule in Prescriptions for Anxiety Insomnia

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze the composing experience of professor Ding Yuanqing for treating anxiety insomnia by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)inheritance support system.MethodsEntered the data of prescriptions for anxiety insomnia by DING Yuan-qing into TCM inheritance support system and analyzed the composing principles by using datamining methods such as revised mutual information，complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster.ResultBased on the analysis of 329 prescriptions,the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed,90 core combinations and 14 new medicine teams were mined from the database.ConclusionProfessor DING Yuan-qing has great originality and plenty of experience to make good use of herbs of qing re kai yu，yang yin an shen to treat anxiety insomnia.

丁元庆教授是首批全国优秀中医临床人才、山东省名中医药专家、齐鲁伤寒流派代表性传承人、国家级名中医药专家卢尚岭教授学术继承人、山东中医药大学中医内科教研室教授、山东省中医院脑病科主任医师、山东省中医药重点学科伤寒学学科带头人。本研究收集、整理丁元庆教授治疗焦虑性失眠验案处方，借助中医传承辅助系统软件，采用关联规则Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法，分析处方中药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则、处方规律，探讨丁元庆教授治疗焦虑性失眠的用药经验，希冀为阐明丁元庆教授治疗焦虑性失眠的用药规律提供参考。
