通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂的影响

摘要：目的探讨通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂的影响。方法选取我院68例冠心病患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各34例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的血脂水平、血脂达标率及不良反应发生率。结果2组患者治疗前TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C等血脂指标水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后2组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前，HDL-C水平均高于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C达标率均显著高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均未出现严重肝肾不良反应，其不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病,可显著降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平，提高血脂达标率，具有较高的安全性。

Effect of Tongxinluo with atorvastatinon blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Tongxinluo with atorvastatin on blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease.MethodsThe 68 cases with coronary heart diseasewere selectedand randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The patients in control group were received conventional treatment,while patients in observation group were added with Tongxinluo and atorvastatin.Lipid levels,lipid compliance rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment of patients.ResultsThe levels of serum lipids TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,etc in two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically significant (P>0.05).3 months after treatment,both groups TC,TG,LDL-C levels were lower than before treatment,HDL-C levels were higher than before treatment,and the degree of improvement of observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the compliance rates of TC,TG,LDL-C in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no seriousadverse reactionson liver and kidney in the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionTongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin in treating on coronary heart disease,can significantly reduce the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C,improve blood lipids compliance rate,and has a high clinical safety.
