蒋健活血化瘀法治疗口味异常

摘要：口味异常乃临床常见病症，在一些特殊情况下，其病情较为顽固、经久难愈，一般辨治思路未必皆能取效。从临床验案出发，介绍蒋健教授运用活血化瘀法治疗口味异常的诊疗思路，提出在采取一般、常规辨证论治无效时，可试用活血化瘀之法进行治疗。

Professor JIANG Jian treating abnormal tastes of mouth by promoting

blood circulation and removing blood stasis

Abstract:Abnormal tastes in the mouth,as one of the frequent clinical manifestations of disease,cannot be solved by applying normal syndrome differentiation treatments in some exceptional cases.By listing proven cases,Professor JIANG Jian’s innovative and unique clinical experience of the application of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis principle in treating abnormal tastes.Professor Jiang put forward that the principle of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be tried and tested when the result of regular syndrome differentiation is not satisfactory.

口味异常是指患者口腔内出现异常的味觉或者口气的异常[1]。常见的口味异常包括口酸、口甘、口苦、口臭等等。临床中，一般的口苦、口臭等症状经过一段时间可自行缓解或消失，然而，那些症状较重、病情顽固者，可给患者的生活以及工作、日常人际交往等带来诸多不便。

蒋健教授临证治疗口味异常经验颇丰，其依据中医脏腑等理论，脉证合参、辨证论治，多能获效。然在一些特殊情况下，口味异常病情较为顽固、经久难愈，一般辨治思路未必皆能取得满意的疗效。兹结合临床案例，介绍蒋健教授在常规辨证论治外以活血化瘀法治疗口味异常的诊疗思路。
