陈修园女科用药“四害”

摘要：陈修园为清代著名医家，对于女科疾病研究有着深厚的造诣，著有《女科要旨》一书，书中认为唐代以后，许多用药之法，早已失其宗旨，与古法相异，若不识其药性，颠倒而用，则良药亦会变成毒药。丹参、益母草、何首乌、郁金四味为女科常用药，陈修园认为丹参若是用于产后调理，则容易攻乏无过，伤及脏器；益母草药力则不足，若是症重药轻，最终将不可治也；何首乌只适合截疟或坚肠；郁金并无解郁的作用，因此陈修园将此四味药列为女科四大害人之品。

Review of CHEN Xiuyuan’s gynecological drugs of “four pests”

Abstract:CHEN Yuan was a famous physician in Qing dynasty and he had great achievements in analyzing female disease.He had written a book of Female Science Gist.In the book,he thought that since the Tang dynasty many drugs methods had already lost their purposes and were dissimilar to the ancient laws.If one didn’t recognize the drug properties and were used upside down,then the good medicine turned into poison.Salvia miltiorrhiza,motherwort,radix polygoni multiflori,radix curcumae of four tastes were common medication for the female,but CHEN Xiuyuan thought that if salvia miltiorrhiza were used for postpartum recuperation,it was easy to confuse attack and deficiency,and injure the organs;the efficacy of motherwort was inadequate,if symptoms were serious while the dose of drug was light,the disease wouldn’t be cured in the end;radix polygonum multiflorum was only suitable for malaria or hard bowel;radix curcumae couldn’t dispel melancholy.Therefore,CHEN Xiuyuan listed the four drugs as four harmful products in female science.

陈修园(1753年—1823年)，清代著名医学家，名念祖，字修园，又字良有，号慎修。陈修园为一代儒医，在他著作中体现出其喜爱批判的特点，对于赞同者往往是大加赞同，但对于不赞同的观点，却会将其批判的体无完肤，嗤之以鼻，如他认为唐以后，方药合法者甚少，不过是汇集药品，不可以名为方，类似这样言论在其著作中多处可见。陈修园为一代名家，其所批判之处往往存在一定的道理，现对其著作《女科要旨·调经篇》中丹参、益母草、何首乌、郁金女科四大害人之品的批判，进行探讨。
