摘要：科技服务业是推动经济向中高端水平迈进不可或缺的一环。明晰和识别中国各地区科技服务业发展集聚态势及影响因素，能为不同区域制定合理的产业政策、有效协同促进区域创新发展提供依据。在理论分析基础上，利用1995-2013年中国各省域科技服务业与经济发展的有关数据，通过全局空间相关分析局部空间相关分析，基于ESDA方法，考察了中国科技服务业空间集聚发展的态势；在此基础上，科技服务业作为现代服务业发展新业态，为更好地明晰中国科技服务业集聚发展成因，结合我国科技服务业集聚发展的形成、演化及发展过程，深入探究了中国科技服务业集聚发展的经济发展、政府行为、知识溢出、科技实力、规模经济、交易费用六大影响因素体系，以期为中国科技服务业集聚发展奠定政策基础，进一步从横向支撑体系、纵向支撑体系、结构支撑体系方面提出了推进中国科技服务业发展的路径选择，以促进中国科技服务业集聚发展的新常态。

Research on technology service industry Spatial agglomeration characteristics and influencing factors in China

Abstract： The technology service industry is to promote economy level. Clarity and recognition of China's technology service industry development in agglomeration situation and influencing factors， for different regions formulating reasonable industrial policy， provides the basis for effective coordination promote regional innovation development. On the basis of theoretical analysis， the use of Chinese provinces from 1995 to 2013 the domain of technology services related to the economic development data， using visualization of geographic information system， investigated the development of Chinese technology service industry spatial agglomeration situation； Identification in the framework of spatial econometric model in China's transitional period of economy scale， technology strength， knowledge spillover and the government behavior in the eastern， central and western technology impact on the development of technology service industry， put forward China's technology service industry development path.
