摘要 [目的]建立测定接骨木籽油中维生素E 含量的方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱，流动相为甲醇-水（98∶2），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长280 nm，柱温25 ℃。[结果]在上述条件下，维生素E在5～100 μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99.29%，RSD=1.44% （n=5）。[结论]该方法操作简便快捷、结果可靠、重复性好，适用于接骨木籽油中维生素E含量的测定。

Determination of the Vitamin E in Sambucus Williamsii Seed Oil by Reversed-phase High-performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract   [Objective] The research aimed to establish a method to determine the vitamin E in Sambucus Williamsii seed oil.[Method] Reversedphase highperformance liquid chromatography with Kromasil C18 column was used.Mobile phase was methanol and water （98：2，v/v） with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.UV detection wavelength was 280 nm and the temperature of the column was 25 ℃.[Result] There was a good linear relationship between 5-100 μg/ml of the vitamin E，the average recovery rate was 99.28% with the RSD of 1.44%.[Conclusion] This method was simple and quick，reliable with good reproduction，and suitable for the determination of the content of vitamin E in Sambucus williamsii seed oil.

接骨木生长在我国的东北地区，是一种乡土树种，它几乎遍及黑、吉、辽等北方各个地区。接骨木为忍冬科接骨木属植物^[1]，属落叶灌木，资源丰富，约有20余种，我国产有5～6种^[2]，主要分布于我国东北、华北及朝鲜、俄罗斯部分地区的丘陵地带。接骨木适应性强，易于种植，为珍稀的野生木本油料植物。据文献记载，接骨木性味甘、苦、平，无毒，具有接骨续筋、祛风利湿、活血止痛之功效^[3]，同时还具有抗炎、镇痛活性、抗骨质疏松活性、抗氧化作用、抗糖尿病作用以及促进骨折愈合作用等^[2]，药用历史悠久，药用价值广泛。

接骨木籽的含油量很高，达35%～44%^[2]，其中具有抗血脂作用的ɑ亚麻酸含量较高^[4]。从接骨木籽提取的接骨木籽油，是一种呈橙黄色、澄清透明的油状液体，具有浓郁香味，无异味。……
