【摘要】目的 调查研究医患关系成因及改善方法。方法 调查河南省相关地区医院医患关系现状及产生原因，利用相关数据分析方法分析调研结果。结果 河南省相关地区目前的医患关系紧张情况的确存在，但并非如有关媒体报道的那样恶劣。医患纠纷产生主要来自医生，患者，社会，媒体四方面。结论 通过实地调查研究，将医患关系现状成因分析反馈给相关医院，并给出解决意见，以期为建立和谐的医患关系做出贡献。

Abstract：Objective To investigate and study on the cause of the relationship between doctors and patients and improving methods.Methods To investigate the current situation and the causes of the doctor-patient relationship in some hospital in Henan province，and to analyze the results of the research by using the relevant data analysis methods. Results The tense situation of doctor-patient relationship related areas of Henan Province indeed exist， but not as bad as the media reports. Disputes between doctors and patient are from doctors， patients， society and the media these four aspects.Conclusion Through field investigation， giving a feedback to the relevant hospital of the current situation of the relationship between doctors and patients，and give a solution， in order to make a contribution to establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.

一.调研背景 当今社会，医患纠纷的频发已把医患关系推到了风口浪尖，哈医大杀医事件，10.25温岭袭医事件， 28岁的河南南阳儿科女医生张娟因为不堪患者家属和医院的双重压力，写下遗嘱服药自杀，以死自证清白……据不完全统计，中国每年被殴打受伤的医务人员已超过1万人。著名医院管理专家、中国医院协会副秘书长庄一强称，中国目前是全世界医生遭杀害最多的国家。

二.调研方法 通过对安阳市人民医院，新乡市第二人民医院和新乡新华医院的医务人员及患者发放调查问卷和采访，内容包括：患者对目前医患关系的整体看法，患者及医务人员认为造成医患关系的主要原因，建立和谐医患关系的关键因素。对结果进行统计并制作图表，结果如下：

大多数患者认为目前的医患关系还是基本和谐的，这就有异于之前媒体的夸张报道，媒体的导向性在医患关系中起重要的作用，过多的负面报道会造成医生工作热情下降以及医患关系的紧张。
