摘要：目的：分析血液透析患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平，以期用临床及生活手段进行干预，降低血液透析患者心脑血管事件的发生率。方法： 随机选择我院透析室自2014年5月-2015年5月维持性透析患者52例，健康对照组36例。按性别及肾小球滤过率进行分组，分别在凌晨空腹及首次透析时检测两组血浆同型半胱氨酸实验值，数据以均数±标准差表示。结果：不同性别、不同肾小球滤过率患者血浆同型半胱氨酸实验室检测数据差异较大，统计学处理差异有显著意义。结论： 血液透析患者血浆同型半胱氨酸较对照组明显增高，增高的同型半胱氨酸加大了此类患者心脑血管事件的发生率。

Abstract： Objective Homocysteine levels of patients receiving hemodialysis were analyzed in this paper， aiming to make intervention using clinical and life methods and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients receiving hemodialysis. Method 52 cases receiving maintenance hemodialysis from May 2014 to May 2015 in the Dialysis Room of Guizhou Aerospace Hospital were randomly selected， and 36 healthy cases were chosen as a control group. These groups were divided according to gender and glomerular filtration rate （GFR）. The experiment values of homocysteine in two groups of patients were tested respectively under the empty stomach in early morning and the first hemodialysis， and all the data was expressed with mean±SD （standard deviation）. Result The difference between the patients of different gender and GFR was great in the laboratory testing data of homocysteine， which was of noteworthy significance after statistical processing. Conclusion Homocysteine levels of patients receiving hemodialysis were significantly higher than those of the control group， and the incidence of cardiovascular events in this type of patients increased.

慢性肾衰竭是各种慢性肾脏病持续发展的共同结局，目前慢性肾脏病的换病滤为10.8%，而慢性肾衰竭的发病率为100/百万人口[1]，近年来，随着国家医疗卫生政策支持，维持性血液透析患者持续增多，延长这部分患者的生存期，提高他们的生存质量已成为各级医护工作者的主要问题，尿毒症患者由于机体的生理病理改变和患者饮食结构的影响导致各种代谢产物储留引起的各种并发症日益增多，并给患者带来严重的生理心理负担，本研究旨在分析作为心脑血管疾病发生的独立危险因素的血浆同型半胱氨酸对尿毒症患者的影响[2-5]，以期进行临床干预，降低患者的致残率和死亡率。……
