摘要：目的：研究分析全髋关节置换术与半髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析本院2010-2013年收治的股骨颈骨折患者80例，将采用全髋置换术患者设为A组，半髋关节置换术为B组，比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血、术后返修率情况。结果：A组患者手术时间与术中出血量明显多于B组，其差异显著具有统计学意义（P<0.05）B组术后翻修率明显高于A组，其差异显著具有统计学意义（P<0.05），二者术后恢复时间比较差异不显著，不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：半髋置换术治疗股骨颈骨折手术时间短，出血量少，患者损伤小，但翻修率高，在选择手术方式时可根据患者的情况选择最合适的方式。

Abstract：Objective： To study the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty and on treatment of femoral neck fractures in the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods： Retrospective analyzed 80 cases of femoral neck fractures patients of our hospital from 2010 to 2013 ，patients underwent total hip replacement were named as group A，patients underwent semi hip replacement were named as group B， compared two groups operation time， intraoperative hemorrhage and postoperative rework rate. Results： Operative time and blood loss of group A were more than group B， the difference with significant statistical significance （P < 0.05），revision rate of group B was significantly higher than group A， the difference significant （P < 0.05）， two groups postoperative recovery time had no significant difference， without statistical significance （P > 0.05）. Conclusion： Semi hip arthroplasty can short time on treatment of femoral neck fracture surgery， with less bleeding， little injury and high revision rate， we should choose the most suitable way according to the condition of the patient.

股骨頸骨折是骨科常见疾病，随着社会的发展，交通以及建筑业的发展，股骨颈骨折的发生率也逐渐升高。在临床治疗上主要采用手术治疗，人工髋关节置换术是治疗股骨颈的有效方法[1]。目前主要有全髋关节以及半髋关节置换术两种。在手术选择上不同学者有不同的看法，本组研究回顾分析近些年来本院收治的股骨颈骨折，采用人工关节置换术进行治疗的效果，现将结果报告如下：

1资料与方法

1.1临床资料：回顾性分析本院2010-2013年收治的股骨颈骨折患者80例，将采用全髋置换术患者设为A组，半髋关节置换术为B组，其中A组40例，男19例，女21例，年龄45-78岁，平均年龄65.5±4.5岁；B组40例，男18例，女22例，年龄50-80岁，平均年龄66.7±5.8岁，所有患者均经X线检查明确诊断，两组患者年龄、性别等差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）可以进行比较。

1.2方法：A组采用全髋关节置换术，患者采用全麻，侧卧位，以骨折外侧进行切口，暴露关节囊和骨折区域，行股骨颈截骨，清除软组织和碎骨，骨折复位，后将适合的髋臼假体植入，后设置引流管，行骨水泥固定假体植入。B……
