摘 要 高中班主任是高级中等教育学校中全面负责班级学生的思想、学习、健康和生活等方面工作的教师，在一个班级中具有重要地位，尤其在对学生的思想政治教育中发挥着极其重要的作用。通过科学可行的方法和丰富多彩的形式对高中生进行正确而有效的思想政治教育，对于培育优秀的社会主义建设事业接班人，实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”，实现“四个全面”具有广泛而深远的意义。

On the Ideological and Political Education of High School Head Teachers

Abstract High school teacher is a senior secondary school students in the class overall responsibility of thinking， learning， teachers， health and other aspects of life and work， an important role in a class， especially in the students' ideological and political education plays an extremely important role. Through scientific and feasible methods and a variety of forms for high school students correct and effective ideological and political education， to nurture successors to the cause of socialist construction excellent， achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， "China Dream"， "four full" extensive and far-reaching significance.

高中阶段是人一生中增长知识和才干的重要时期，是培养健全良好的品格、积极的意识、正确的观念和坚毅的意志的最佳阶段，也是人生观、世界观形成和确立的关键时期。能否对高中生进行正确而有效的思想政治教育，事关民族的未来和国家的兴亡，而高中班主任是学生日常思想道德教育和学生管理工作的主要实施者，经常与他们生活在一起，所以他们的言行直接影响着学生们的思想行为，对培养学生积极向上的思想品德起着非常重要的作用。

（1）随着改革开放的深入发展，中国正发生着前所未有的社会变化，思想文化逐渐出现多元化趋势，这些都或多或少地影响着思想正在发育的中学生群体。一些高中生的理想信念在现实中模糊，并出现了不同程度的偏差，由于他们的阅历不多，认知态度、情感归属等方面尚不成熟，容易受到各种非主流文化如时尚文化、消费文化等的强烈冲击和影响，如果没有正确思想的引导，部分高中生很容易产生理想信仰模糊、思想观念迷茫、道德责任缺失等问题，拜金主义、享乐主义、个人主义也很容易在部分高中生中心目中潜滋默长。……
