38%丙草胺· 草酮微乳剂对水稻田主要杂草的防除及田间养分的影响

摘要:研究了38%丙草胺·噁草酮微乳剂对水稻移栽田稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、异型莎草(Cyperus difformis)、鸭舌草(Monochoria vaginalis)等的防除效果,并测定了该除草剂对杂草氮、磷、钾和水分吸收的影响以及对水稻产量的影响。结果表明,38%丙草胺·噁草酮微乳剂对水稻移栽田的主要杂草具有良好的防治效果,有效成分用量为513~1 140 g/hm2的38%丙草胺·噁草酮微乳剂综合密度防效和综合鲜重防效分别为89.93%~98.90%、90.52%~98.66%。38%丙草胺·噁草酮微乳剂施用后,减少了杂草对田间养分和水分的吸收,有效改善了作物的光照和水肥条件,水稻增产效果显著。

Abstract: Control effect of 38% microemulsion mixed with pretilachlor and oxadizon were conducted on controlling Echinochloa crusgalli,Cyperus difformis,Monochoria vaginalis etc in transplanted rice field. And the effect of Weeds herbicide to nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and water absorption and effects on rice yield were determined. The results indicated that the 38% microemulsion mixed with pretilachlor and oxadizon had a good control efficacy against the main weeds in transplanted rice field. The overall density control effect and overall fresh weight control effect of pretilachlor and oxadizon at 513~1 140 g/hm2 applied were 89.93%~98.90% and 90.52%~98.66% respectively. The application of 38% microemulsion mixed with pretilachlor and oxadizon reduced the amounts of nutrient and moisture abosorded by weeds and significantly improved the light, water and fertilizer conditions of crop and dramatically increased tice yield.

丙草胺属2-氯化乙酰替苯胺类除草剂,为选择性芽前除草剂,主要通过杂草下胚轴和胚芽鞘吸收,干扰蛋白质合成,是细胞分裂抑制剂,主要用于防除单子叶杂草[1]。噁草酮是选择性芽前、芽后除草剂,主要通过杂草幼芽或茎叶吸收,对萌发期的杂草效果最好,随着杂草长大而效果下降,对成株杂草基本无效。
本试验旨在研究丙草胺和噁草酮复配后的除草效果,杂草防除后水稻的产量[2]以及杂草的氮、磷、钾和水分含量的变化规律[3],为科学、合理使用该混剂提供技术依据。
1 材料与方法
1.1 试验材料
供试水稻品种为鄂粳912。
供试药剂:38%丙草胺·噁草酮微乳剂(辽宁省大连松辽化工有限公司);50%丙草胺EC(先正达作物保护有限公司);250 g/L噁草酮EC(浙江省嘉化实业股份有限公司)。
