摘 要： 在社会经济和信息技术不断发展中，现代的工业生产逐渐进入自动化控制时代，工业自动化监控系统也得到了迅速的发展，同时各项技术也得到了全面的发展。而PLC可编程控制器技术，具有可编程性、可靠性、灵活性、通用性等强大的功能特点在工业化自动监控系统中得到了广泛的应用，因此也成为工业自动监控系统中的重要组成部分，促进工业的稳定发展。对PLC进行简单的概述，并对其特点以及PLC技术在工业自动化监控系统中的应用进行阐述。

Application of PLC technology in industry automation monitoring system

Abstract： With the development of social economy and information technology， modern industry production is entering into the era of automatic control gradually， and industry automation monitoring system is developed rapidly. At the same time， the comprehensive development of various technologies is achieved. PLC programmable controller with powerful function characteristics of programmability， reliability， flexibility and universality is widely used in industry automation monitoring system. It also becomes an important part in industry automation monitoring system， so the stable development of the industry is promoted. In this paper， PLC technology is summarized briefly， and the characteristics and the applications of PLC technology in industry automation monitoring system are expounded.

21世纪是个信息化的时代，在这个时代中各项技术得到了迅猛的发展。在工业发展中自动化监控系统有着重要的作用，目前PLC由于其强大的功能特性，被广泛地应用到各个领域中。在工业化自动监控系统中，PLC也是其中一个重要的组成部分，并以其强大的功能优势促进工业自动化水平的发展。下面具体对PLC和其在工业自动化监控系统中的应用进行阐述、分析。

1 PLC技术的概述

1.1 PLC简介

PLC（Programmable Logic Controller，可编程逻辑控制器），集结了自动控制技术、计算机集成技术、通讯技术于一体的数字运算操作通用电子控制装置。PLC的开发是专门针对工业环境，以实现对整个工业流程进行自动化控制。PLC属于一种新型的自动化控制技术，性能可靠、对工业环境的适应能力较强，而且它还是目前工业自动化监控系统中最先进的自动化控制装置，主导着现代工业自动化监控系统的发展。……
