摘 要：课程是实现人才培养目标的基本要素和保证。任何高校，课程在人才培养的过程中的位置举足轻重。课程教学目标及其相关的教学环节是否落到实处，是能否培养出符合培养标准要求的工程人才的关键。"矿山运输"课程综合改革，旨在通过教学内容、教学方法、手段的改革以及考试考核方法改革，使学生的学习达到课程教学目标要求，实现卓越培养标准中所规定的知识、能力和素质三者的统一。

Abstract： Curriculum is the basic element and insurance of achieving the goal of talent cultivation. It is of critical importance in any university. The implementation of the teaching goal and the related teaching links of the curriculum is the key element for enabling engineering talents to meet the cultivation standard. The comprehensive reform of Mine Haulage course aims at making the students meet the standard requirements of course teaching goals， realize the combination of knowledge， ability and quality defined in the Excellence Initiative requirements through the reform of teaching contents， teaching method and examination method.

一、矿山运输课程改革背景

辽宁科技大学采矿工程专业是我校最早建立的传统优势特色专业。设有矿业工程一级学科学术型硕士点、采矿工程二级学科学术型硕士点和矿业工程领域专业型硕士点。目前是教育部卓越工程师培养计划的试点专业和辽宁省综合改革试点专业。

2010年6月23日，教育部在天津召开“卓越工程师教育培养计划”（以下简称“卓越计划”）启动会，标志着“卓越计划”的全面启动。

教育部发起的“卓越计划”，是贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020）》和《国家中长期人才发展纲要（2010—2020）》的重大改革项目，是促进我国由工程教育大国走向工程教育强国的重大举措。[1]目的在于培养造就一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型工程技术人才，为国家走新型工业化发展道路、建设创新型国家和人才强国战略服务。该计划对促进我国高等教育面向社会需求培养人才，全面提高工程技术人才培养质量意义十分重大。……
