摘要：日新月异的计算机技术与不断创新的企业管理方式的有效结合，使得企业管理信息化浪潮愈演愈烈。本文从企业管理信息化的内涵出发，总结了信息技术对企业管理的影响，对我国企业管理信息化的现状进行了阐述，并尝试对企业管理信息的建设提出了实施建议，旨在为我国企业管理信息化的建设和优化提供参考。

Abstract： the effective combination of the rapid development of computer technology and continuous innovation of enterprise management， making enterprise management informatization intensified. This article summarizes the impact of information technology on enterprise management from the connotation of enterprise information management， status of informatization of business management in China are described， and try to the construction of enterprise management information proposed the implementation of the recommendations， in order to provide the reference for the construction and optimization of management informationization of enterprises in our country.

1 企业管理信息化的内涵

1.1 企业管理信息化的概念

随着全球工业化的快速发展，越来越多的学者注意到：要进行必要的、彻底的管理变革，有效地实现企业的战略目标，管理信息化是企业获取竞争优势的基础，因此长期激烈的市场竞争的实践经验使得人们给与 “企业管理信息化”以更多地关注。但是遗憾的是，尽管国内外学者普遍认为企业管理信息化对于企业的发展非常重要，但是对企业管理信息化的概念却没有达成统一的意见。

Chen HL（2004）提出，企业管理信息化是企业为了获取市场竞争力，将信息技术与管理方法相结合用以改善和优化产品，其内容包括需求分析、产品定义、开发设计、生产制造、品质控制和销售服务等[1]。刘炳辉（2008）认为，企业管理信息化是对企业信息实施过程进行的管理，主要包含信息技术支持下的企业变革过程管理、企业运作管理以及对信息技术、信息资源、信息设备等信息化实施过程的管理[2]。
