摘 要：初中英语课堂对话教学是促进师生平等交流、双向互动，最后共同创新学习英语的的一种全新的课堂教学方式。但目前的初中英语课堂由于受到教师权威或对对话教学认识不足等因素影响而使得其在实施上还存在很多问题。本文正是从初中英语课堂对话教学的现状出发，发现其存在的种种问题，分析其原因并探究实施策略，以求能帮助广大英语教学工作者更好地理解和有效实施对话教学。

The Exploration of Dialogue Teaching Implementary Strategy in Junior High English Classroom

Abstract： Dialogue teaching in junior high English class is to promote equal communication and bilateral interaction between the teacher and the student， in the end creating a brand-new way of classroom teaching to learn English. However， the implementation of it currently has been hindered by certain hostile factors， such as the teachers authority and the lack of awareness of it. This paper starts right from the present situation of junior high English class to find serial existing problems. Then， it begins to analyze the hidden reasons and explore some implementary strategies in an effort to help our English teachers better understand and implement dialogue teaching.

伴隨着新一轮基础英语课程改革的深入开展，我国的英语教育工作者越来越意识到在英语教学中发挥学生主体性和能动性的重要性。新课程要求学生成为课堂的主人，这就需要彻底变革传统“满堂灌”的教学方式，建构师生平等、互动交往、积极参与的英语课堂教学模式，而英语教学中的交往互动主要是通过对话来进行的。对话教学作为一种全新的教学模式，它的出现立即引起了教育界的广泛关注并得到了大量的应用。

1 对话及对话教学

1.1 对话

对话是人与人交往的基本方式，对话能力是在一定程度上体现了一个人的社会适应能力。《现代汉语词典》对对话做出的解释是：“两个人或多个人进行的谈话；两方或几方进行的接触或谈判。”此处的解释其实就是从语言学现象的角度指出了对话所需要的外在条件，即不是单个人独白而是多个人交谈。但随着科技的进步和社会的发展，人们对话的涵义的理解也早就超出了语言学现象范围，而更多是体现为一种心灵或精神的平等沟通。……
