摘 要 与国外相比，我国高校心理健康教育开展较晚、经验不足、体系机制不完善，这就使得我们对心理健康教育的理论探讨和实证研究存在不足，对研究样本选取的多，对样本深入挖掘和分析的少;对国外前沿理论关注的多，对一线教学经验提炼总结的少。本文试图选取嘉兴南洋职业技术学院作为研究个案，从高职院校的教学实际出发，将解决大学生心理健康教育中的问题作为切入点，探寻适合高职院校心理健康教育发展的科学规律。

Investigation of the Mental Health Education

in Higher Vocational Schools

——Take Jiaxing Nanyang Technical College as an example

Abstract Compared with other countries， mental health education in Chinese universities to carry out late， lack of experience， the system is imperfect mechanism， which allows us to explore the mental health education theory and empirical research deficiencies， the study of multi-sample selection， sample dig and analysis of the less; for more foreign frontier theory is concerned， for the first-line summary of teaching experience less refined. This paper attempts to select Jiaxing Nanyang Technical College as a case study from teaching reality， mental health education will solve the problems as a starting point to explore the scientific principles for the development of mental health education in vocational colleges.

1 研究个案心理健康教育现状

嘉兴南洋职业技术学院于2012年底先后成立心理教研室和心理咨询中心两个部门。心理教研室负责常规的心理健康教学活动，心理咨询中心统筹负责全院心理健康教育与咨询活动。心理咨询中心自成立以来，每学期对全校师生开放，每周一至周五设有咨询时段，咨询师均为校内教师。2013年学院正式确立了心理健康教育的三级工作网络，并由心理咨询中心负责每年对全院班级心理委员开展培训工作。在课堂教学方面，学院将大学生心理健康教育确定为必修课，课时数由1课时调整至2课时，课程的教学工作由心理教研室的所有专兼职教师承担。

2 研究方法

2.1 研究目的

为了更加深入地探究心理健康教育对高职学生心理品质培养产生的重要影响，笔者选取嘉兴南洋职业技术学院作为个案，对其展开心理健康教育相关问题的研究，试图通过分析，找到当前学院心理健康健康教育工作存在的不足和弊端。……
