摘 要 安东尼奥·葛兰西作为西方马克思主义的早期代表人物之一，文化领导权理论是葛兰西思想的重要组成部分，思想政治教育是统治阶级向被统治阶级灌输一定的思想观念、政治观点和道德规范，以便使其认同统治阶级价值观的实践活动，可以说是一种意识形态教育，具有整合功能、辩护功能以及价值导向功能。本文主要讲了文化领导权理论产生的历史背景及理论框架，并从文化领导权理论视角下阐述了思想政治教育发挥意识形态功能以及对其具有重要的启示作用。

On the Ideology of the Ideological and Political Education

Abstract As an early representative of Western Marxism， the cultural theory of leadership is an important part of Antonio Gramsci thought， ideological and political education is the ruling class to be the ruling class with certain ideas， political views and ethics， in order to make them recognize the ruling class values of practice， ideological and political education can be said to be a ideological education， with integrated function， defend function and value orientation function. This article mainly about the background of the cultural leadership theory and theoretical framework and from the perspective of cultural leadership theory elaborated the ideological and political education under the ideological functions and has the important enlightenment function on it.

安东尼奥·葛兰西，西方马克思主义代表人物之一，虽然他被意大利法西斯分子逮捕入狱，但是他在狱中仍然写下了《狱中札记》。在这本书中他以市民社会概念为基础提出了独具特色的文化领导权理论，这一理论对后来的西方社会产生了深远影响。思想政治教育作为一种普遍存在的社会实践活动，具有强烈的意识形态性，社会主义思想政治教育内容主要有马克思主义的政治观、法律观以及道德观等方面的内容。这种意识形态功能与葛兰西文化领导权理论有着内在一致性，其实在某种意义上，文化领导权即意识形态领导权，正如“工人阶级夺取政权之前，必须首先夺取文化意识形态的领导权。”①所以说，研究他的文化领导权理论，对思想政治教育的意识形态功能发挥有着重要的意义。……
