摘 要 毕业设计是本科人才培养重要的教学环节，为提高工科应用型专业学生的就业竞争力，针对高级应用型专门人才培养的特点，对毕业设计模式进行深入研究，实践证明，加强毕业设计的选题指导，执行毕业设计“双导师”制，以及产学研相结合是提高毕业设计质量和提升学生就业能力的重要措施。

Study on the Mode of Graduation Design to Improve the

Employment Ability Application Engineering

Abstract Graduation design is an important part of teaching undergraduate talents cultivation， in order to improve the applied engineering professional students employment competitiveness， according to the characteristics of senior applied talents training mode， the graduation design in-depth study， practice has proved， strengthen the graduation design topic guide graduate design， implementation of "double teacher" system， and the research is combined with important measures to improve graduation design quality and enhancing students' employment ability.

随着中国高等教育大众化的不断深入，2014年中国大学毕业生将达到727万，大学生就业难，就业问题越来越突出。据调查，工科应用型专业的就业率普遍高于文史类专业，但就业率也成下降趋势，用人单位对毕业生提出了更高的要求，尤其是对于工科应用型专业毕业生，不但需要有扎实的专业技能和实践经验，而且还需要有学习新技术的能力和创新精神。因此，为提高毕业生就业竞争力，针对应用型工科专业的特点，对毕业设计在选题、指导、顶岗训练等环节进行深入研究显得尤其重要。

1 工科专业毕业设计存在的问题

实践教学是应用型工科专业最重要的教学环节，实践教学环节主要包括课程实验与实训，课程实习、课程设计、专业综合实习、生产实习、毕业实习与毕业设计等教学环节，毕业设计具有历时长、综合性强、实战性高的特点，是工科教学中一个极其重要的实践教学环节，近年来，本科院校毕业设计质量呈现下降趋势在一定程度上影……
