摘 要 随着社会的不断发展，学校教育与社会教育同时肩负起不同的教育职责和功能，所以二者之间的协同发展是非常必要的。①本文主要阐述了社区教育与学校教育各自的优势以及社区教育与学校教育协同发展的结果，主要分析了社区教育与学校教育协同发展的途径，希望可以通过相关的研究提供理论性的参考依据。

Community Education and School Education

Abstract With the continuous development of society， school education and social education at the same time shoulder the responsibilities and functions of different educational， so the joint development between the two is very necessary. ① This paper describes the results of community education and school education to their strengths as well as community education and school education collaborative development， mainly analyzes the ways of community education and school education collaborative development， hoping to provide a theoretical basis by reference to relevant research.

社区教育主要是指以社区大众作为对象，以社区作为依托，对社区内所有的教育资源进行整合，在社区中具有一定特色的学习氛围，社区内的成员享有基本的学习权利，使社区成员全面发展的建设得到促进的一种教育模式。社区教育的发展与学校教育的发展是分不开的，需要家庭教育、社会教育的共同配合，及时的处理好教育过程中产生的问题是现阶段社区教育中非常重要的一个内容。

1 社区教育和学校教育的优势

目前正在推进学习型社会的建设，以促进全民终身学习服务体系的建立。社区具有社会性、生活性和闲暇性，那么社区教育过程中，就要将这些元素纳入到教育体系汇中，同时将实践性作为社区教育的基点。与社区教育有所不同的是，学校教育具有较强的理论性，而且属于是系统性文化教学。受到国民教育的影响，学校教育属于是全民普及的正规性教育。虽然社区教育和学校教育之间存在着差异性，但是从教育本身而言，两者都属于是对人的教育，其目的是促进人的全面发展，并在此基础上将教育延伸到全民素质提高。……
