摘 要： 贯彻落实创新型马克思主义政党建设，就必须弄清楚什么是创新型马克思主义政党、怎样建设创新型马克思主义政党这两个基本问题。创新型马克思主义政党是对新时期创新型组织理论的借鉴与发展，它既与建设创新型国家和学习型政党有着内在的本质联系，又有其特殊的意蕴。建设创新型马克思主义政党必须从实践创新、组织创新、制度创新、理论创新四个方面和党员个人、基层组织和党中央领导三个层面展开。

Exploration on the Innovative Marxist Party Construction

Abstract： To implement the task of innovative Party construction we must precisely answer two basic questions that what the innovative Marxist Party is and how to construct the party. The innovative Marxist Party theory is referred from the enterprise management theory in the new period. It is not only related with the innovative country construction and the learning Party in essence， but also has itself special meaning. Constructing innovative Marxist party should be implemented from four aspects： including practice innovation， organization innovation， system innovation， theory innovation and three levels including Party individual， grassroots organization and super leadership.

中国共产党十八大报告明确提出：“建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党，确保党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心。”在此，建设创新型马克思主义政党的任务第一次被历史性地提了出来。这是继党的十六大报告提出建设学习型社会、十七届四中全会提出建设学习型政党的又一重大课题，是对马克思主义政党建设理论和执政规律的进一步探索和发展。要贯彻落实创新型马克思主义政党建设，就必须弄清楚什么是创新型马克思主义政党、建设创新型马克思主义政党与建设创新型国家、学习型政党的内在逻辑关系，以及怎样建设创新型马克思主义政党。否则，建设创新型马克思主义政党会被虚化成一句空洞的标语或口号。

一、什么是创新型马克思主义政党

创新型马克思主义政党作为加强党自身建设的重要任务提出的时间还不长，目前学术界对此课题的研究成果比较少，对创新型马克思主义政党内涵研究的成果更少。……
