[摘要] 目的 研究“理实一体化”教学模式在健康评估教学中运用后的效果。 方法 将健康评估中的心肺评估内容作为一个教学项目，总学时为10学时。选取本院2012级三年制大专护理6班为实验班，实验班采用“理实一体化”教学模式，教学均在“理实一体化”实训中心完成。由4位“理实一体化”教师完成。选取2012级三年制大专护理5班为对照班，采用传统教学法，即先理论后实践，理论为6学时，在普通教室由一位教师讲授，实践为4学时，在实训室由4位教师带教。教学任务完成后统一考试，结果采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行处理。 结果 实验班人数60名，综合成绩（80.30±9.06）分；对照班人数60名，综合成绩（70.75±10.02）分（t=4.31，P<0.05）。 结论 开展“理实一体化”教学，教学成效显著，实验班级平均综合成绩明显提高。

Application of teaching mode of "theory and practice integration" in health assessment course

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of teaching mode of theory and practice integration in health assessment course. Methods The content of cardiopulmonary assessment in the course was selected as teaching project covering 10 total class hours.The class No.6,three-year junior college of nursing in grade 2012 were selected as experimental class adopting teaching mode of "theory and practice integration".The teaching was accomplished by four teachers in the practical training center of "theory and practice integration".Meanwhile,the class No.five,three-year junior college of nursing in grade 2012 was chosen as control group by traditional teaching method.To be specific,the theory covered 6 class hours,which was taught firstly by a teacher in a general classroom and the rest class hours were then finished by four teachers in practical training center.The unified examination was tested after the completion of teaching task,and the results were processed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results The comprehensive performance in experimental class (n=60) was (80.30±9.06) points,while in the control class (n=60),it was (70.75±10.02) points (t=4.31,P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of teaching mode of "theory and practice integration" can obtain remarkable teaching effect,and the average comprehensive performance in experimental class greatly improves.

健康评估是基础医学到临床医学的桥梁课程，与临床护理相关课程的学习以及临床思维和实践能力的培养密切相关。身体评估是健康评估的最重要部分。“理实一体化”教学是指在同一时间、同一地点、同步进行的教学模式，“理实一体化”教学模式包含了理论教学与实践教学内容的一体化以及教师在知识、技能、教学能力、教学场所的一体化。做到讲、练结合，突出“做中学、学中做”的理念[1-2]。2013年9月～2014年1月，笔者将“理实一体化”教学模式应用于《健康评估》“身体评估”教学中，取得了较好的教学效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取本院2012级三年制大专护理6班为实验班，2012级三年制大专护理5班为对照班。两班生源均为高考生，专业一致，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），教材均选用科学出版社2013年出版的《健康评估》教材。
