摘 要 本文是研究高职高专学生在坚持顶岗实习的情况下，如何完成PLC与电机控制技术课程计划和课程标准，通过校企合作项目重新制定专业人才培养方案。课程覆盖了可编程控制器的原理、应用及WinCC组态软件与Profibus现场总线的通信。创新性提出 “DL（Doing by Learning）”即为“工作式学习”模式。设计教学及生产一体的汽车生产实训工作台，使课程标准化、模块化。实现专业与产业对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接的教育教学研究方法。实现学习为工作服务的校企合作的运行机制。

Research and Implementation of PLC Courses to Meet the Needs of Internships

Abstract This paper is the study of vocational students at the insistence of internships， how to complete the "PLC and motor control technology" lesson plans and curriculum standards， professional training programs re-enacted by school-enterprise cooperation projects. The course covers the principles of programmable controllers， communications applications and WinCC configuration software and profibus fieldbus. Innovative proposed "DL （Doing by Learning）" is the "work-based learning" mode. Teaching design and production of integrated automobile production training table make the curriculum standardization， modularity. Achieve professional and industrial docking， docking curriculum and professional standards， the teaching process and the production process of education and teaching methods butt. Achieve the service for working running school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms.

1 高职高专院校办学特色的分析

企业急需培养掌握PLC电气控制技术理论和知识和技能的电气自动化专业的人才，为了使学生尽早接触到实际工作岗位的设备，更快地进步，高职高专学校始终坚持“校企融合，工學结合”的办学体制，以“不能满足企业人才培养的需要，就没有我们存在的必要”的办学理念为核心指导思想，以“应用型”人才培养目标为基础，不断深化课程体系改革，优化教学内容，强化内涵建设，实现对人才的“知识、能力、素质”全方面培养。学校利用学校与企业多年合作的契机，现在安排学生学习理论和实习的比例为1：1。使他们每天工作的同时回到学校学习自动化专业课程PLC与电机控制技术，再到实际生产线上不断应用，再不断学习、不断提高。

目前90%的学生在第三第四学期与企业签订了就业协议并且深入生产一线顶岗实习，要完成企业安排的正常八小时工作，还有的学生在外地实习。……
