不同施肥处理对大花蕙兰超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

摘 要:以两年生大花蕙兰苗为试验材料,采用松树皮基质、不同肥料配比对大花蕙兰的3个品种进行处理,并以生产中常用的日本S333-100缓释肥为对照,研究测定不同肥料配比下植株生长过程中超氧化物歧化酶活性变化特征。结果表明,在整个生长过程中,不同施肥处理对大花蕙兰SOD酶活性变化趋势整体表现为“升—降—升”,处理4的植株体内酶活性比其他处理高,品种‘YX52的酶活性较其他两个品种高,具有较强的抗性。

Influence of Different Fertilization Treatments on Activity of Superoxide Dismutase of Cymbidium hybridum

Abstract: In this experiment, the effect of the pine bark matrix and different proportion of fertilizer on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) about three variety of Cymbidium hybridum which were biennials was studied. The results showed that the trend of activity of SOD of Cymbidium Hybridum was “up-down -up”under different fertilization treatments as they growed, and the activity of SOD of Cymbidium Hybridum under treatment 4th (500 mg·L-1 KH2PO4+1 000 mg·L-1 CO(NH2)2+S333-100)was higher than the others. Throughout the processing phase, the activity of SOD of ‘YX52 with strong resistance was higher than ‘GH611 and ‘KH581.

近年来,随着社会的发展和居民生活水平的提高,各种各样的盆栽花卉成了大多数家庭装饰中必备佳品之一,但这些花卉花期并不长,一般只有两个月左右。大花蕙兰(Cymbidium hybridum)因其品种类型繁多、花大色艳、花期长、观赏价值高,且花期主要集中在春节前后,成了我国年宵期间家庭装饰的备选高档花卉之一[1-3]。大花蕙兰别名虎头兰、禅兰,被誉为“兰花皇后”,属于兰科兰属多年生草本花卉,原产于喜马拉雅山脉及东南亚高山上,我国的四川、西藏,以及尼泊尔、不丹、印度、泰国等地是其原生种的主要分布地。大花蕙兰因其较高的观赏价值和不菲的价格,使得国内越来越多的研究者从施肥[4]、栽培基质[5]花期[6-7]等方面对其栽培方法进行研究。然而,国内目前尚未有适合大花蕙兰生长的专用肥,比较常用的主要是从日本进口的大花蕙兰专用缓释肥S333-100,但其成本较高[8-9]。生物体内的抗氧化防御系统中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是防御的关键,当有机体受到胁迫时,通过SOD保护系统,可在一定程度上对机体进行保护。……
