丙环唑·嘧菌酯在玉米和土壤中的残留分析

摘 要:经过对样品前处理过程的研究和优化,建立了丙环唑和嘧菌酯的气相色谱分析方法。样品经乙腈水溶液提取分配后,用弗罗里硅土小柱净化,采用气相色谱(μ-ECD)测定。方法中目标物在50~2 000 μg·L-1浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数分别为0.999 1和0.999 4。在5,50,200 μg·kg-13个添加浓度水平下,平均加标回收率在79.2%~110.9%之间,相对标准偏差不大于15%。该方法可灵敏、简便、快速地测定玉米中丙环唑和嘧菌酯的残留。

Analysis of Residues of Propiconazole and Azoxystrobin in Cron and Soil

Abstract: Through studying and optimizing of sample preparation process, an gas chromatography method was developed for propiconazole and azoxystrobin in cron and soil. The sample were extracted with acetonitril and water, cleaned-up by an magnesiumsilicate solid phase,and analyzed by GC-ECD. The standard calibration curves for two pesticides showed high correlation coefficients over the range of 50~2 000 μg·L-1, with the correlation coefficients between 0.999 1 and 0.999 4.The average recoveries of two pesticides at the three levels of 5,50 and 200 μg·kg-1 were between 79.2% and 110.9%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 15%. So, this method could be further applied to detection of propiconazole and azoxystrobin in cron and soil.

丙环唑属于三唑类杀菌剂,对叶斑病、小麦全蚀病、粒黑粉病等有较好的防治效果[1-2],嘧菌酯是甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,对几乎所有真菌纲病害均有良好的活性,这两种农药均属于新型高效、广谱、内吸性杀菌剂[3]。

嘧菌酯与已有杀菌剂无交互抗性,因而常被用于制作混剂,18.7%丙环唑·嘧菌酯悬乳剂为最常见混剂之一。丙环唑和嘧菌酯在实际生产中均被广泛使用,因此, 开发农作物中丙环唑和嘧菌酯的残留分析方法,对农产品安全和合理用药具有重要意义。目前对农产品中丙环唑和嘧菌酯杀菌剂残留量的检测方法虽已有报道, 但针对其混剂的检测方法研究,以及在油脂和淀粉含量均较高的玉米等农作物中的检测方法研究国内未见报道,本试验应用气相色谱(μ-ECD)对18.7%丙环唑·嘧菌酯在玉米和土壤中的残留分析方法进行了研究,以期为此种农药在农产品中的安全评估工作提供参考依据。……
