生物化学实验室管理的几点新措施

生物化学实验课程承载着医学院校各个专业生物化学课程的课内实验、开放实验和学生科研项目等任务，其重要性显而易见。切实抓好生物化学实验室的质量管理可提高医学院校的教学质量，提升学生的科研素质。本文从实验室的实际工作任务出发，总结归纳生物化学实验室管理的具体内容，合理和正确使用各项措施，为保障实验室安全、提高实验室管理水平的科学管理提供参考。

Abstract： Biochemistry experimental course undertakes in-class job, liberal experiments and student research projects of various professional in medical colleges. The importance of this course is obvious. Improving the quality of the biochemical laboratory management will raise the experiment leaching quality of medical school, and raise scientific research quality of students, too. Proceeding from the actual laboratory tasks, we summarized specific content of biochemistry laboratory management. Various reasonable and proper measures were carried out to ensure laboratory safety, and improve the scientific lab management level.

医学院校的生物化学实验室，不仅因其存有易燃易爆剧毒等化学物品而在管理上有特殊要求，并且作为医学教育中的一门重要基础课程，在学生科学思维，实验技能培养，以及课程建设中具有独特的地位和作用。近几年来，我们以创建校级优胜实验室为抓手，以实验员队伍为主体，采取了一些新措施，通过规范化、制度化的管理，使实验室建设和管理上了一个新台阶。现将我们的主要做法介绍如下。

1 以信息技术提升日常管理效率

近年来我们加大了生物化学实验室信息化建设的力度，除了在各实验室配备多媒体交互式教学一体机外，还建设了实验室管理系统(图1)。首先利用实验室管理系统，不断建立健全实验项目信息库。……
