摘要：本文重点介绍了设备安装的概念，对常见的机械设备安装中各施工环节对设备使用寿命及如何对其危害采取整改以及安装程序进行论述。对于一台机械设备能否顺利投产，能否充分发挥它的性能，延长设备的使用寿命和提高生产产品的质量，在很大程度上决定于机械设备安装的质量。

Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of equipment installation; the common mechanical equipment installation in various construction links on the service life of the equipment and how to take rectification and harm of setup is discussed. For a mechanical device can be successfully put into operation, can give full play to its performance, prolongs the service life of equipment and improve product quality, in a great extent depends on the quality of the installation of machinery and equipment.

机械设备安装工程，它是处于土建工程和生产之间的一项重要工序，也是机械设备从工厂制造完毕到运行投产的必经之路。机械设备在使用过程中，会逐渐老化，出现故障，乃至发生事故，影响生产，其安装质量有着直接关系。随着机械设备损坏影响生产而带来的巨大经济损失，机械设备安装质量显得尤为重要，甚至决定着机械设备的使用寿命。

一、机械设备安装的特点

机械设备安装是指设备由生产厂运输到施工地点，经过一系列必要的施工过程，把机械设备主体和附属部件安装到正确的工艺位置上，并通过调整试运转达到投产使用条件，这整个过程就是机械设备安装过程。机械设备安装工程，它是处于土建工程和生产之间的一项重要工序，也是机械设备从工厂制造完毕到运行投产的必经之路。机械设备安装，又是一项内容复杂的工程，它包括的种类繁多，技术条件要求各异，安装的程序和方法也是多种多样的，因此，对它的施工方法和安装质量必须给予高度的重视。……
