摘要：随着改革开放的进程加深，我国的经济实力不断提升，工程中的材料、方法、技术、管理等内容都开始向创新出发，而工程中的建设监理也随着社会经济力量的强大而变革着，但是目前的工程监理行业在发展过程中依然存在着一定的不足之处，本文将就工程监理行业的现状展开论述，进一步探讨针对监理行业存在的问题所提出的解决措施。

Abstract: with the deepening of reform and opening up process, the economic strength rising, the engineering materials, methods, technology, management, and other content are beginning to start innovation, and in the project of construction supervision also along with the social economy and the powerful force of change, but the current engineering supervision in the process of the development of the industry still has some shortcomings, engineering supervision in this paper will discuss the present situation of the industry, this paper discusses the problems in supervision industry proposed measures.

工程建设监理是提高智能技术服务的技术密集型中介机构，随着社会的经济发展力度加深，我国的工程建设监理也随之发展起来。但是目前的旧模式管理方式和其发展标准已经不再适应当代的社会发展需要，在这种情况下，我们需要做的是研究目前的监理行业发展的情况，再针对其呈现的弊端进行改善。

一、目前我国监理行业的发展现状

根据有效数据显示，我国对监理工作表示满意的企业仅有16%，而还有65%～75%的监理企业在社会上得不到认同。这样的一组数据反映出目前监理工作正向下坡发展，工作的满意程度不足会进一步阻碍整个监理行业的发展。我国监理行业发展现状所突出的不足大概有以下五点内容：

（一）目前社会上的监理企业群体数量庞大，而且其经营的规模比较小，所负责的服务范围工作满意程度不够深，企业的竞争能力低下。

（二）监理工作所处的环境比较恶劣，市场形势混乱，而且监理的收费标准过低，不能提高监理工作的质量，这种情况已经严重阻碍了监理行业的发展，整顿工作势在必行。……
