【摘要:总结分析北方园林绿化发展的影响因素，从今后发展的战略考虑，以下几个方面的问题需要重视。园林绿化事业发展是一个以人为中心的生存、生产、生态相互关联的生态经济系统，做到三者的统一是园林绿化综合发展追求的目标。为此，必须了解现今发展存在的问题，自然条件、人为及经济的因素，并针对其问题提出发展策略，注意各种灾害的防治工作，提倡因地制宜适地适树树草结合，重视引种驯化工作，增加资金投入，最重要的还有加强林业的管理管护工作。

Abstract: To summarize and analyze the factors influencing the development of the northern landscape, from the future development strategy, the following aspects of the need to pay attention. 一、綠化事业的重要性及北方园林绿化的发展现状

园林绿化事业是一项功在当代、造福子孙的千秋大业，通过植树造林、载花种草、建设绿色宝库、使其构成完整的绿地系统和优美的景观，以达到净化空气、防止污染、调节气候、保持水土、涵养水源、改善生态等目的。

我国北方幅员辽阔，面积约454万平方公里，差不多占整个国土的一半，这一地区地形复杂，气候万千，东北、内蒙古东部森林密布，资源丰富，其面积和蓄积量均居全国之冠，是我过木材生产的重要基地，其他省区林地稀少，覆盖率较低，又是迫切需要扩大森林资源、改善生态环境的地方。北方森林资源的特点决定了这一地区林业的发展方向。但随这森林被大量采伐利用，北方主要林区正面临着森林资源枯竭，后备资源不足的危机局面，而一些无林和少林地区的造林成效又不十分显著，大面积的荒山荒地荒滩急待造林绿化，水土流失、土地沙化碱化、旱涝灾害等还相当严重。……
