摘要：电网的应用广泛性是不用赘述的，它的重要性是可想而知的，但在配电网运行中也是存在着诸多方面的问题的。这些问题在发展中不断显现出来，影响了供电的稳定性，进而影响了供电企业在经济上的利润，也影响我国电业的整体发展。保障供电的安全可靠，保障电网的质量，保证企业的经济效益和社会效益，都需要合理的管理与科学的施工。本文主要对配电线路施工中存在的问题及对策进行了简要分析和探讨。

Abstract：pick network widespread application is need not give uncecessary details, its importance as one can imagine, but in the power network operation is existing a lot of problems. These problems in the development of the show, to affect the power supply stability, thereby affecting the power supply enterprise economic profits, but also influence the whole development of industry of our country cable. Security power supply safety, guarantee power grid quality, ensure the enterprise economic benefit and social benefit, need a reasonable management and scientific construction. This paper focuses on the distribution line construction in the problem of existence and countermeasure undertook brief analysis and discussion.

配电线路施工的技术要求是比较高的，稍有不慎，就会出现线路的错乱影响人们的生活，甚至危及人们的生命。所以，对于存在配电线路施工中的各种问题都应该有一个宏观的把握和掌控，找到科学合理的应对措施和解决办法，降低由于操作失误带来的不必要的风险。严格把关配电线路施工中的设备及原材料管理；严格要求配电线路施工中的技术人员和操作人员的综合能力及综合素质；严格规范配电线路施工中的管理问题。及时发现问题、解决问题。确保配电线路施工的质量安全、工程安全。

一、配电线路施工中问题引发的原因

输配电线路施工是一项比较复杂的工作，需要的人力也是比较多的。目前，我国的配电线路施工中参与人员的数量是比较大的，但是这些技术人员和操作人员大多是文化水平不高的人群，高文凭、高技术含量的管理人员和操作人员都是有限的，这对配电线路施工是十分不利的。……
