【摘要】可持续发展住宅建筑设计要求建筑师以全新的视角，以一种新的设计手法，依托不断发展的科学技术，重新对建筑的形式、结构、材料、设备等进行充分的诠释，才能使人类能够拥有更加广阔、更为美好的未来世界。本文介绍了居住建筑设计可持续发展问题的重要性，提出了居住建筑设计可持续发展的设计要点。

【 abstract 】 the sustainable development of residential building design requires architect with the new visual Angle in a new design technique, depends on the development of science and technology, in the form of new building, structure, material, equipment and fully and interpretation, and can make the human to have more extensive, and more beautiful future of the world. 新的世纪是经济、社会、技术快速发展的时代，同时也是人们更多关注保护生态环境的时代，在住宅设计中，它要求建筑师以全新的视角，以一种新的设计手法，依托不断发展的科学技术，重新对建筑的形式、结构、材料、设备等进行充分的诠释，才能使人类能够拥有更加广阔、更为美好的未来世界。这正是可持续发展住宅建筑设计的意义所在。

一、居住建筑设计可持续发展问题的重要性

1、我国建筑能源节约面临的问题

据了解，我国既有的城乡建筑中，98％为高能耗建筑，新建住宅中，也只有5％符合现阶段的节能标准。这导致我国单位建筑面积采暖能耗高达气候条件相近的发达国家建筑能耗的3 倍左右。在建筑能耗中，空调又是“能耗大户”，夏季城市电能消耗的40％都用在空调上。但这种状况不是不能改变，事实上，在建筑能耗中，空调制冷用电有巨大节能空间。有专业人士算了一笔账：按现有建筑建设规模和增速，到2020 年，全国制冷电力高峰负荷将会翻两番，即达到约相当于10 个三峡电站的满负荷电力，为了满足空调制冷的高峰负荷，电力建设总投资共约需1.4万亿元，这是个十分惊人的数字。……
