[摘要] 目的 观察急性脑梗死患者应用奥扎格雷钠与阿托伐他汀进行联合治疗的临床效果。 方法 对笔者所在科室2006年11月～2011年12月治疗的324例急性脑梗死患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，将其分为观察组164例与对照组160例，对两组均予以脑蛋白水解物和疏血通以及拜阿司匹林进行治疗，观察组在此治疗基础之上再予以奥扎格雷钠与阿托伐他汀进行联合治疗。 结果 观察组患者总有效率是93.90%，对照组患者总有效率是76.25%，两组相较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者神经功能方面的缺损程度较对照组轻。并且于整个治疗的过程当中，观察组未出现任何的不良反应。 结论 急性脑梗死应用奥扎格雷钠与阿托伐他汀进行联合治疗，不仅安全有效，不具有任何不良反应，同时能够帮助患者恢复其神经功能，应予以推广。

[Abstract] Objective Clinical effect of statin combination therapy by using ozagrel sodium and atorvastatin of acute cerebral infarction was observed. Methods A retrospective analysis of hospital treatment in our department from Nov.2006 to Dec.2011,324 cases of acute cerebral infarction in patients with clinical data points was done.324 patients received acute cerebral infarction sufferer were divided into observation group (164 cases) and?control group(160 cases).Both of them were treated by using piracetam,KDZ and aspirin.On this basis,the observation group was treated by combination therapy of ozagrel atorvastatin statins. ResultsThe observation group patients,the total efficiency was 93.90%,and the control group patients,the total efficiency was 76.25%.Between the 2 groups,the difference was significant(P＜0.05);The degree of deficiency in the nervous functions of the observation group was lower than the control group.And any adverse reactions from observation group had not been appeared in the whole treatment process. Conclusion The therapy of acute cerebral infarction, which both of ozagrel sodium and atorvastatin statin are applied to is not only safe and effective, but also does not induce any adverse reactions. Meanwhile it can help patients recover their neurological function, so it should be extended.

由动脉硬化所引发的急性脑梗死系临床上比较常见的一种脑血管类疾病，具有极高的致残率。而奥扎格雷系血栓合成酶的抑制剂，同时阿托伐他汀也能够保护患者血管[1-2]。因此本研究对笔者所在科室2006年11月～2011年12月以来治疗的324例急性脑梗死患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，旨在观察急性脑梗死应用奥扎格雷钠与阿托伐他汀进行联合治疗的临床效果，现报道如下。
