摘要：由于我国人口的不断增加，经济迅速发展，对资源和能源的需求也不断地增多。为了能获得更多的能源，满足不断社会发展的需要，我们就必须大力建设水利工程。建设水利工程虽然能解决能源短缺的问题，但它也造成当地环境的恶化，对生态环境带来很多的弊端，造成环境的破坏和污染。对这些环境问题，我们应该做好环境保护工作，积极建立生态水利工程，使环境保护和社会经济协调发展。本文主要分析水利工程对生态环境的影响和生态水利工程的建立。

Abstract: due to the increase of population in our country, the rapid economic development of resources and energy demand will continue to increase. In order to get more energy, and meet the constantly in need of social development, we must vigorously hydraulic engineering construction. Water conservancy construction engineering although can solve the problem of energy shortages, but it also causes the local the deterioration of the environment, ecological environment to bring a lot of disadvantages, cause the environment destruction and pollution. For these environmental problems, we should be prepared to environmental protection work and actively establish ecological water conservancy project, the environment protection and social economic development. This paper mainly analyzes the water conservancy project on environment and the influence of the establishment of the ecological water conservancy project.

为了解决我国水资源缺乏的问题，我们应大量修建水利工程，进行水资源的合理分配。可见，水利工程已成为我国工程建设必不可少的一个项目。水利工程在发电、灌溉、防洪等方面起着重要的作用，对社会经济建设和发展起着举足轻重的意义。然而，水利工程建设带来的生态环境问题也是我们必须重视的。

一、水利工程对生态环境的影响

1. 对当地气候的影响

在通常的情况下，大气环流控制着地区性气候，但是在建立了大、中型水利工程后，原本的陆地变为了湿地或水体，使局部的空气变得更加的湿润，这也影响了当地的气候。对气候的影响主要包括气温、降水和风雾等气象的变化。

2. 对局部降水的影响

水利工程对降水的影响主要包括三个方面：降水量的增加，降水地区分布改变，降水时间分布改变。……
