摘要：现如今，房地产行业已经成为最炙手可热的行业，也并且房地产也成为了我们国家市场经济的重要组成部分，在我国整个社会经济发展中起着极其重要的作用。随着房地产行业的兴起，房屋住宅建设也逐渐的成为我们国家国民经济的增长点和消费热点，所以抓好房屋住宅建设的施工管理工作是非常重要的，它是人民生活安居乐业的基本保证，不仅关系到我国小康社会的建设，更关系到人民群众的生命财产是否安全，因此搞好房屋建筑无论是对国家还是对人民都是至关重要的，搞好房屋工程的施工工作管理更是十分必要的，其中一项就是房屋的质量问题，这个问题一定要过关，注意这些的同时还要在建筑工程的实践中不断总结工程施工管理的成功经验。

1 引言

房屋住宅工程管理是建筑施工中的一项很重要的内容之一，其中质量管理是最最重要的一部分，所以我们必须在施工过程中严格把关，将工程质量作为工程管理中一项重要内容。只有将施工管理工作多方位的进行，才能确保建筑工程合格竣工，一定要在施工的每一步骤中都注重质量的监督，质量是房屋建筑的根本，没有质量就无法创造出房屋的最终价值，所以，无论是在施工前期的准备阶段，还是施工进行阶段和结束竣工时，都不能放松每一个阶段环节的管理，做到严格的进行管理不放松。……
