摘要：随着改革开放进程的深化和社会经济的不断发展，我国的建筑业取得了重大的成就和长足的进步。但在实际建筑工程的施工过程中,各方面的影响因素均会影响房建工程的质量,也就会影响到整个工程的经济效益，甚至人民的生命安全。本文论述了房建工程常见的质量问题以及管控手段,提出了进一步加强房建工程质量管理的具体办法，以期为我国房建工程质量控制提供借鉴。

Abstract: with the deepening of reform and opening up process and economic and social development, the BLDG. Of our country made significant achievements and great progress. But in actual construction project construction process, the effects of all factors will affect the quality of the fittest engineering, also will affect the whole project economic benefit, and even the people''s life safety. This paper discusses the quality problem of the common fittest engineering and controls, proposed further strengthen project quality management of the fittest specific measures, endowed to China to provide reference for the engineering quality control.

随着我国经济的腾飞，建筑业取得了迅猛地发展和飞跃。建筑工程日益增多，不断地满足着人类的生产和生活，为人类带来了极大的方便。但是在为人类带来极大方便的同时，某些建筑工程也存在质量方面的问题[1-2]。而建筑的整体质量，不但会影响到整个工程的经济效益，同时也会影响到人民的生命安全[3-4]。但房建程施工涉及面广，是一个极其复杂的过程，在房建工程实施的过程中，设计、材料、机械、地形、地质、水文、气象、施工工艺、操作方法、技术措施、管理制度等均直接影响着房建工程项目的施工质量[5-7]。而且由于某些因素缺乏实际的检测设备及标准，极易产生质量问题。就住宅建设来说，我国目前工程质量情况是非常严峻的[8-10]。本文论述了房建工程常见的质量问题以及质量控制手段，希望对房建工程质量的控制有一定的帮助。
