【摘要】：目前，在中国公路建设可持续发展的推动下有着大量建设项目的建筑市场也跟随着不断进步，因此也加剧了本行业内部越来越多的竞争。在这一背景下，公路施工企业优先考虑的问题是如何提高施工企业的经济效益，而加强公路施工项目的成本管理才是企业提高自身竞争力的最可行的也是最有效的方法。在每一项的公路施工项目中，只有加大和提高对公路建设施工中的成本管理 和成本管理控制的力度，才能够对公路建设施工中所投入的大量的财力、人力资源以及各项支出费用起到一定的指导、监督和有效的调节作用。而降低建设施工成本、提高企业经济效益才是制定公路施工项目成本管理制度的重要的核心因素，这也是不断的提高市场竞争机制，增强施工企业的市场竞争力前提条件。
