摘要：航油储罐是储存航空煤油的容器，它是航空油库的主要设备。航油储罐的施工质量直按影响其使用安全性。加强安装施工过程的质量控制，分析储罐在安装、焊接过程中存在质量问题的原因及其预防措施，进而提高储罐的安装及焊接质量。

Abstract: neither the tank is storage containers of kerosene, it is the main equipment of aviation fuel depot. Neither the quality of the construction of the storage tanks straight by affect its to use security performance. Strengthening quality control during installation and construction, this paper analyzes the storage tank installation, the welding process quality problems of the causes and prevention measures, and improve the welding quality of storage tanks and installation.

航油储罐是民航油库的主要设备，2010年至2011年民航行业内发生了多起储罐底板不明原因渗油事件，给安全生产带来隐患。为此，如何加强储罐安装质量，杜绝底板油料渗漏成为航油储罐施工的关注点。焊接作业是储罐安装质量的关键因素。通过加强焊接施工过程控制，分析储罐在焊接施工过程中存在质量问题的原因及其预防措施，进而提高储罐的安装质量，可有效的杜绝航油储罐底板油料渗漏问题。为做好油罐焊接质量控制需要从以下几方面入手：

1 材料控制

航油储罐安装主材为Q235和Q345系列钢板，与压力容器和化工储罐相比对板材的质量标准要求不高。控制好钢板的质量、选用合适的焊材是做好储罐安装的基础工作。由于国内钢板生产厂家良莠不齐，个别厂家对生产过程控制不严，检验措施不到位，易在原材料中出现缺陷，特别是底板上存在的缺陷很可能造成油料泄露，而又难以及时发现，因此储罐安装所使用的钢板宜选用大型钢铁企业产品。同时，由于材料市场不规范，材料使用前应做好入场检验工作，钢板应逐张进行外观检查，钢板有清晰产品标识。……
