摘要：随着人民生活水平的不断改善和城市建设的大力发展，大型及特大型开发项目也在不断涌现，我国建筑行业也已经进入了一个高速发展的阶段，对建筑施工项目的建造质量的要求变得更加不容重视。由于建筑施工本身具有的投资大、投资行为不可逆转性等特殊性，所以一旦建筑项目出现质量不合乎要求等问题，那么不管是对人力还是物力资源都是一极大的浪费，最为严重的是它直接关系到人民的生命财产安全。因此，为了保证建筑项目产品的质量能应对社会环境的不断变化，所以对建筑项目施工工期的风险管理研究就成了一大重要问题。那么我们该采取怎样的建筑施工工期风险管理控制措施，才能建立一个具有可靠质量保证的建筑项目呢？笔者将在下文中从以下一些方面进行详细方法研究。

引言

施工环节是建筑工程质量形成的关键环节, 是工程各参与方的风险管理工作的重点。由于建筑项目具有建设地点固定、施工人员流动、产品体积庞大、建设周期长、动用资金多、产品具有单件性等特点,施工过程中的风险管理需要根据具体的工程环境、工程性质等因素制定风险管理方案。并在实施风险管理的过程中, 应时注意施工环境的变化，并不断修正合适的风险管理方案, 确保项目质量目标的实现。工期风险管理需要建筑人员依据技术经验进行分析，它要求分析人员必须要对将要发生的事情进行预测和判断，只有将可能影响的因素及其影响强度大小分析透彻才能更好地实现预算和施工风险管理控制。……
