摘要：电气监理工程师作为业主与承包商之间的沟通纽带，其在建筑电气工程中尤其是建筑电气施工阶段的作用具有其他建筑施工管理人员难以替代的作用。本文首先对建筑电气监理工程师进行概述，然后就监理工程师在建筑电气施工阶段的作用进行探讨；最后提出监理工程师在建筑电气施工阶段的监理工作中需要注意的相关问题。旨在与同行交流，充分发挥监理工程师在建筑电气施工阶段的作用，更好的服务于建筑电气施工工程。

Abstract: Electrical supervision engineers as a communication link between the owners and contractors, especially in the electrical engineering building electrical construction phase of the role of an irreplaceable role in construction management. Firstly, an overview of the Commissioner of Building Electrical engineers, and then to explore the role of supervising engineer in the construction phase of building electrical; proposed supervising engineer in the supervision of the construction phase of building electrical work need to pay attention to related issues. 建筑电气工程质量离不开施工企业规范化的管理，更离不开监理部门的监理，尤其是电气监理工程师在建筑电气施工阶段的作用更不容忽视。对整个建筑电气工程中电力系统、线路、装置的安装和运行以及检修与技术管理等方面具有十分重要的作用。近年来，一些大型建筑发生的火灾大都是电气方面原因所导致的，为更好的发挥建筑物功能，预防建筑电气事故的发生，为人民的生命财产安全保驾护航，笔者结合自身工作经验，谈谈监理工程师在建筑电气施工阶段的作用。

一、概述建筑电气监理工程师

随着时代的进步，我国建筑电气工程正呈现安装复杂、涉及范围广、技术难度大的发展特点，传统的施工企业管理难以跟上时代发展的需要，因而为了提高建筑电气工程质量，必须加大对建筑电气的监理工作。……
