摘 要 社会保障学的传统教学方式主要是课堂讲授，这种单一的教学方式不利于应用型人才的培养，教学方法需要改革和创新。社会保障学的教学改革可以从课堂教学方式与方法两个方面进行改革，如采取问题思考、案例分析、社保论坛等多种互动教学形式与方法；社会保障学的教学改革还可以从实践教学方面改革，如采取上机实验、专题论文、实习实训等实践教学形式。这些教学改革探析，有利于该课程教学质量和教学效果的提高。

On the Vivid of Teaching Form and the Diversity of Teaching Methods

——Take Social Security course teaching as an example

Abstract The traditional teaching methods of "Social Security" is classroom teaching, this single teaching method is not conducive to the applied talents, teaching methods need to reform and innovation. Teaching reform of "Social Security" should reform from the classroom teaching ways and means two aspects, such as to take the thinking, case studies, social security forum, and other interactive teaching forms and methods; teaching reform of "Social Security" can also reform from the practice of teaching, such as take-on experiments, monographs, practicing and training, and other form of practice teaching. The teaching reform will help to improve the quality of teaching and teaching effectiveness.

0 引言

社会保障学是劳动和社会保障专业的核心课程，也是其它经济专业、管理专业、社会学专业的一门重要课程。该课程是一门涉及经济学、政治学、社会学、金融学知识的综合性课程，理论性更强，知识面更广。长期以来，该门课程的教学主要采取讲授法，通过教师在课堂讲授基本理论、基本概念，通过学生完成作业，学习和巩固社会保障理论知识。然而，这种单一的教学方法使教学的互动性差，学生的参与性不强，不能促进学生对社会保障理论知识的理解，不能引导学生结合社会保障实际问题进行思考。为此，需要加强社会保障教学改革，以提高教学效果，增强学生对问题的思考能力和社会的适应能力。对社会保障学这门课程的教学改革，可以从课堂教学方法改革、实习实训教学方法改革和实验教学方法改革三个方面进行探析。……
