摘 要 在经济全球化趋势的影响下，社会对双语人才的需求不断增加。为适应市场需求，一些高职院校开始实施双语教学。本文针对当前高职院校双语教学的现状，提出在高职院校实施双语教学的必要性和存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决措施，以期对今后的高职院校双语教学起到启发的作用。

Exploration of Bilingual Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract With the influence of economic globalization, the demand of bilingual talents has been increased continually. Some higher vocational colleges attempt to conduct bilingual teaching. Based on the current situation of bilingual teaching in higher vocational colleges, this article analyses the necessity and main problems of bilingual teaching in higher vocational colleges, and provides relevant measurements that could provide references for the bilingual teaching in higher vocational colleges in the future.

1 高职院校开展双语教学的必要性

随着我国国际化进程的逐步深入，各行各业的业务与行为规范都开始与国际接轨，市场大量需求懂专业会外语的人才。从2009年至2012年我校毕业生求职面试及就业的情况来看，用人单位对高职学生的外语提出了明确的要求，在招聘的笔试与面试中普遍设置了外语考核环节。特别是外资企业和进出口贸易行业，用人单位对高职学生的外语能力提出了更高的要求。同时，面对行业变化，高职院校不仅教育学生首次就业的技巧，还应培养他们的职业迁移能力，教会他们自主学习行业相关的前沿知识的方法。双语教学的实施则是培养学生适应社会，完善学生自身发展，并使其努力与国际先进水平保持同步的重要途径。因此，在高职院校实施双语教学不仅必要，而且迫切需要开展。

2 双语教学存在的问题分析

2.1 高职学生英语基础薄弱
